Traveling east on Galloway is blocked with road construction. If you are driving from HWY 53 or Hastings Way, follow this detour. West on Birch St, turn left on Putnam Dr., then left onto Galloway.

Just a reminder:


American Taekwondo & Fitness is planning an outing to Carson Park for the Eau Claire Express baseball game. 

General Admission tickets are $5.00, and we will sit along the 3rd base bleachers. 

Game time is at 6:30pm, but we should meet around 6:00pm to make sure we get a spot. 

American Taekwondo & Fitness featured in Taekwondo Times Magazine

Pick up a copy of the July 2010 issue Taekwondo Times Magazine today!  American Taekwondo & Fitness is featured in the School of the Month section (p. 27-28).  We have a small writeup and pictures posted on a 2-page spread.  

Congrats to all promotions!

American Taekwondo & Fitness conducted belt testing on Friday, May 7th at 6:00pm. 

There were a total of 12 students tested.  Ranks testing towards ranged from yellow stripe to blue belt.

The highlight of the evening came from Sierra Herman's Spinning Heel kick that broke the board on first attempt. 

The test was presided over by Masters Henk Boese, John McCrackin, and Mike Fenske.

Following the test, the group went out to Sammy's Pizza for celebration.
