Congrats to all promotions!

American Taekwondo & Fitness conducted belt testing on Friday, May 7th at 6:00pm. 

There were a total of 12 students tested.  Ranks testing towards ranged from yellow stripe to blue belt.

The highlight of the evening came from Sierra Herman's Spinning Heel kick that broke the board on first attempt. 

The test was presided over by Masters Henk Boese, John McCrackin, and Mike Fenske.

Following the test, the group went out to Sammy's Pizza for celebration.
